Personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can use this website without providing any personal data.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and delivered through the Cloudflare network. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the site, Cloudflare automatically processes technical data sent by your browser (IP address, time of request, page requested, referrer URL, browser type and version, operating system) in order to deliver the website and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest in providing the website securely and without errors. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; any processing in the USA is based on it.

4. Cookies, tracking, fonts

This website uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking services. Fonts are hosted locally; no connection to Google or other third parties is established. This is why no cookie banner is required.

5. Contact form and contact

When you use the contact form, your details (name, business, phone number and/or email address, selected package if any) are transmitted to me via our hosting provider and stored to handle the enquiry and follow-up questions. For prompt notification, the content of the enquiry is additionally forwarded to me via the messenger service Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Telegram is based outside the EU; there is no EU adequacy decision for Telegram, and Telegram does not offer a data processing agreement. Processing of your details in third countries can therefore not be ruled out. More information: telegram.org/privacy. Beyond this, your data is not used for advertising and not shared with third parties. If you do not want your enquiry forwarded via Telegram, please email me directly instead.

To protect against spam and abuse, the number of enquiries per sender is limited. For this, a non-reversible hash is derived from your IP address and stored for at most 10 minutes; the IP address itself is not stored. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure contact form).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Simply contact the email address above.

7. Right to lodge a complaint

In the event of data protection violations, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW).
